Hello I'm Pomar steam current user Pomar ze Duck or Pomar765tom so last month I just joined the server and played jailbreak back then I tried to go warden not reading any rules I had no mic and didn't know what I should or shouldn't do and I understandably got banned but now its been a month and I have a mic i know the rules and everything. Problem is I was Perm banned back then and that was my first ban too I got ni warnings no chances not even a small temp ban I am permently guard banned and I know I broke the rules but I was just new to the server my only ever crime back then was being blu and warden with no mic so please I enjoy this server its one of my favourites so please can I at least get a temp ban? And I really swear I didn't get ban a temp ban before even check your ban files to check if you please.

Make an appeal at the forum section I've linked, and be sure to supply as much information as you can. I'd especially be helpful if you could name who placed the punishment. If you'd like, I've also linked a staff list that you can refer to and see if you recognize anyone.

The problem is 1 day I had no ban next morning it says I'm banned
So I have no idea how long am I guard banned or who
Well this isn't a ban as I'm banned forms servers its a blu team ban idk who did it or for how long and I don't know if its in the server ban list

I can't understand what you're suggesting here with this, sorry. According to your story at least one month ago you were guardbanned for reasoning you know of and since then that guardban has stayed. Was there some kind of glitch, where even with this guardban you were on BLU and it didn't say you were banned or something? Else, I don't see why you state "1 day I wasn't guardbanned the next day I was" like it was sudden & unexpected.
I or other staff can check the amount of time left on your guardban via sm_teamban_status, so if you are in-game on Jailbreak with any staff or are able to get one to check your guardban for you, then we can determine your guardban length. However, we can't get you who punished you, least easily/reliably at the moment. On another note, I need to ask why you state you were permanently (guard)banned back then and now you're stating you don't know how long your guardbanned. Are you sure your original story is completely correct?
Doesn't matter, you may appeal it the same way as any other punishment. You don't need to enter in the server ban list link as guardbans aren't logged on Sourcebans.
Also, please don't post twice or more in a row, and apologies if any of this sounds weird, tired at the moment.
OK I see now this will mist likely be my final post here so it might be long as I don't want to spam.
So what I said is true however I am not sure how long can bans get as before the first one I knew that there are perm bans and some long ones however I did not expect to find out after my first one that it can get up to a year that's why idk if I got one if those.
However I will see if I get lucky and meet with an admin how long it is.
But yet again what I said about unexpectedly and sudden is actually true.
Now if it turns out its perm I just want to say that back then I was new to the community somewhat and I remember back then I didn't know how to see the rules until one of the more experienced players showed me your forums and I personally saw a lot of reasons why I could of got banned for, so I have no excuse of removing the ban and I won't be begging for it either as if it ends soon I can wait and I personally see that I deserved it. But if its permanent I really hope for another chance, a clean page and I would do what I am asked from an admin or the rules from here on out as I had NO IDEA back then from the snallest things I had to do.
Again if its not permanent I will wait patiently, but if its perm I can accept a ban of a few months instead of never, this will hopefully be the final post.
To clarify, it's lasting so long because guardbans pass over time differently then other punishments, and that they pass over time spent in-game. For example, if you are guardbanned for a day, you need to have up to 1 full day of playtime on the Jailbreak servers for your guardban to fully expire. Again I still hold my confusion about the unexpected & sudden thing, however I presume you were just surprised the punishment was still on? Hopefully I've cleared up for you why it's still on, though. Anyway, I'm sure you'll be able to at least have a chance at getting a second chance in regards to your guardban (if it's permanent) if you appeal it, though if you wish to only file an appeal if it's permanent (say to make it into a timed ban or completely get it removed) and you don't mind waiting it out if it's timed, then I'd recommend contacting one of our EU (I assume you're from Europe, or that area, correct me if I'm wrong of course) staff such as @Momderator or @SuperGuard to help you with finding the length for your guardban time. I personally am not European and am in school for most of the day, so I don't think I can help you here due to timezone differences.
