i was banned for the reason cheating

i didnt cheat, i used console to spin around and spam attack,i thought its a server where you can afk to get free item because i watch a video on how to get fast drop in tf2 the video link will be down below
and if you search fast drop in tf2 it will pop up first. i trusted the vid and i thought it was safe, i dont khow if there are any rule of the server because i skipped the whole first log and i am sorry if that is prohibited, i hope i can get unban to get the achievement
p/s: after i got banned i search acvhievement engineer and now i khow its a free acvhiement item thing and i hope i get a second chance to get the item
