Cough Drops
Chicken Soup (Fresh chicken breast, empower it with herbs and veggies)
Ginseng drinks (Monster, Sprite or the natural root...) If you're making a ginseng tea, sweeten it with honey. (Not honey syrup, Natural honey)
Gargle with warm water + salt to get rid of bacteria or gargle with medicine you get at your local drug-store, 3-4 times a day.
Don't drink tap water. Drink soft filtered, distilled, or bottled water.
Don't eat spicy or greasy food. It will irritate your throat for a long time.
Don't talk to much but you can mumble to prevent it from paining more.
Eat fruits (Preferably sour/sweet oranges)
