3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
As stated in my previous appeals I had used a VPN before getting banned, but now I don't believe that a VPN caused my ban, apparently, my steam download region is set
to 'Switzerland', this is the only explanation to my ban other than the usage of a VPN, and before the question of 'Why didn't mention this in your previous appeals' is asked, I had not realized that was set to Switzerland as I had set it a long time ago and forgotten about it.
And if by any chance this appeal gets accepted I'd like to apply for a whitelist, so that this won't happen again.
