I'd prefer not. Would be more organized and cleaner IMO to have specific archive sections for different forum sections than just jumbling them up altogether. I also don't see why we'd need to keep it hidden, no issue with people viewing past threads unless you're suggesting moving threads such as archived appeals in this big forum section you're suggesting which I'd definitely be against.
