Declined Ban Appeal for "causing major disruptance"

My steam account is linked with my forum account.

I attempted to join one of your servers today and found that I was banned. I checked the logs and it claims that I was banned across all of your servers for "causing major disruptance". I do not play Wonderland very often, and I have no knowledge of causing disruptance within your servers. If evidence could be given that I caused disruptance in your servers, that would be great, but I honestly have no clue as to why I'm permanently banned randomly.

I think I should be unbanned as I haven't caused major disruptance, there isn't any proof of me doing so, from what I believe. I didn't ever have an intent to do that, and I still don't now. Thanks.
