Accepted Banned for duped accounts? Don't know how..

First I got banned for a homophobic slur, that was 1 day. Then now im banned for multiple weeks for duplicating accounts? I don't even know how to, this must be a misunderstanding??

Hi there, I looked into the bans.

I believe this was explained to you earlier but I'll explain it again:
You were banned originally, then your brother got banned for duplicate account (System thought it was your alt and banned), then when your ban expired and you tried to play, the system thought you were trying to bypass his ban.

I'll be unbanning both accounts shortly, I will just point out though, if either of you get banned again this will happen again.
