Declined banned for racism, tryna appeal

I got banned in the middle of a jailbreak game for "racism", i didn't say anything that could even be considered racist so I'm confused as to why I got banned.

To start off, the staff member that originally placed the punishment on you caught you saying a racial slur on our servers and later saw you mentioning a homophobic slur, there was one slur that was said through chat, the other was apparently said through voice.
