https://steamcommunity.com/id/AdorableBoyToy/ was banned off of wonderland for cheating previously, using aimbot. However, I call into question his unbanning, due to the fact that I believe the moderator was biased towards him.
Firstly, lets start off with the evidence of his cheating.
This is a video of him queueing with cheaters knowingly. Not his pov, no, but it is circumstantial evidence at the least

This video is what I believe to be the skial video that got him banned, however I am unsure.
Now, the previous appeal for him stated that he had different dpi settings that caused the flicky mouse movement shown here https://wonderland.tf/threads/tf2-server-ban-appeal.10819/
However, the moderator provides evidence that his dpi settings does not and should not cause his mouse to lock on and jitter like that. Yet, he is still unbanned.
"I've did some investigation and taking into account your server connection time, inventory value, and especially your Team Fortress 2 playtime, I've decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and unban you."
This part is especially bad, since he is willingly becoming biased towards him because of his items. I don't think he should have been unbanned in the first place, and the biasness from the moderator certainly should invalidate the appeal.
