Okay, so I was thinking of a !pardon command.
This command can be used by the warden and warden only via !pardon or !wmenu.
It removes Inmates rebel status, and shows in chat something like "an inmate has been pardoned".
I don't know if this needed, but I'm ready to see your opinion.

As this idea gathered no replies, I brought it up among staff to see their votes, and it was majority no.

This command would create more issues than benefits. For example, it could be used for favoritism or for ruining the benefits received from Rebel Status (e.g. double-jump for Scout, charge for Demoman).
