Hi! We will like to inform you when I join this IP it says "connection failed" 139.99.121.4:27024 , this is the only server I cant connect. I hope we can fix this through.

Hi sir if I send there , it says "Please select a prefix" what is that sir.

There are two options one is "report" which is for reporting players that have broken the rules and "Technical" is to report server issues that have occurred. I would choose "Technical" since that is the issue you are having at the moment.

After doing so you'll see this:

If you look at the screenshot you will see a circled area if you go to reports click on that and you can select the prefix which will be "Technical" grey colour.

It may take a while for someone to process through technical reports such as yours. The owner or the head admins checks through when they are available. So at this moment, I would be patient.
