TF2 Custom trails : I can't see them

Hello,
I bough the "hypnotoad" trail and I can't see it. Also I can't see my friends trails. So I think I simply can't see custom trails ( I can see some of the trails but not all of them ).

I tried to remove all cl_downloadfilter and retry ; but it does not work I still can't see trails.
Has someone encountered this issue before ? I can't find anything on the forum.

What server are you having this issue on? Is it on all wln.tf servers?

I play mostly on surf servers. Utopia and Air Arena.

The utopia server seems dead... ( 94.130.49.180:27032 ? )
