Dusty deserves Mod?

Hey there, My name is Dusty. And I am Mildly Toxic.
So i joined this Wonderful place called Wonderland.TF some Months ago. As soon as i joined i knew i would stay there for long, i bought VIP+ very soon after joining.

I had under 1000 hours before joining, and right now i am around 1230 hours.
From the beginning i was Toxic, and was overall a big douche. And I really set my roots into one single Map, a normal WL surf map. I quickly become known as the Tryhard there.

After around 200 hours on one single map i realised..
"Shit, i might be able to become a Toxic and friendly Mod"
So i started joining WL maps i didnt know anything about and stopped being as Toxic.

And now i am Mildly Toxic, don´t know a lot of Rules. And have some experience in being a Mod on other servers.
And here we are.

Am i even close to deserving Mod? You vote.

Agree but i still don´t agree.
If you have checked my Chat Logs you can clearly see me improving. I don´t know if you have or if your just assuming.

Well, first you just... look at the tree. Appreciate the bark, and the tree itself. Then attack it with blades, and then you will have logs.

I don´t know much myself but i am pretty sure its only Admins and ranks over that wich can check chat logs. :D

I am not saying i deserve it, i am doing to see if i should apply or not :)

In my opinion, you should wait more until you're not toxic AT ALL. Then you should apply for mod if you feel ready YOURSELF, asking the staff if you're capable or not for a position without making an application doesn't look good in my eyes, nevertheless. Good luck
