So I was playing on the server and he joined. Immediately I noticed something was wrong he has aimbot/silent aimbot he snaps to people during 0:15, 0:33, 0:45 during 1:06 he snaps at the demo and he's able to tell where the soldier with messed up player model through the floor and wall. All his other kills have snapping and jittering he definitely has aimbot he might have wall hacks that's all.
