Regardless of how long it is and what kind of punishment is you still did it and some responsibility needs to be taken but I would like to ask do you remember what happened for the MFK and before it occured?

this guy was kinda being a jerk to me, so I decided to, rebel against him, he kept allowing the prisoners to kill me, so I went pyro and burnt them, it was stupid of mean and i know it, tho the guy who kept doing that was not even punished, i don't remember his name.

Thats not really a valid reason to MFK someone nor any reason would be valid to MFK anyone and considering this I will not remove your Guard Ban. We do not tolerate people MFKing other players for any reason at all.
