Please unban me!i just downloaded my steam cloud and i got banned!

I started playing on server before i launched game it asked me steam cloud download.i clicked second.it asked me 3 times and after that i got banned.i think admin think im duplicate account and that s why i got banned...Im innoccent
.this was only server what i played on.my profile is ProToCool77

Next time you appeal please follow the template. Do you use a VPN? Your account has been banned for Duplicate Account and there are more profiles than I'm willing to count linked to your IP.

Really sorry about template.Im not very good in english.I dont have VPN.I dont know much thing about that.Should I try a VPN?
