TF2 I got ban from blue

I got ban form blue for mfk aka mass free kill, I was new to the game and the server so I didn't know the rules, but I read every rule iam ready to join blue. How can I appeal

Hi, while you admitted to mass freekilling and take responsibility for it, it is a serious offense which we don't take lightly.

That being said, you may try to appeal and one of us staff members will reply as soon as we can.

New to the game? lol you got teambanned for MFK before too.
Even on an another community . Blackwonder , where you freekilled twice the same day and left to avoid punishment.
