Referring to your last appeal, you simply must be using a VPN service. You were connected to banned accounts via. a VPN IP and IPs do not just get "mixed up." So I want a detailed response of what's going on at your end rather than just confusion. (Perhaps you should check what IP you are using and programs you are running.)

Being unresponsive will result in denial of your appeal.

I don't know what a vpn is and I don't have one and I have no idea whats going on I don't use vpn and this is my only account

I don't think I would have a program that would effect my IP in a way and I access the internet through a router and when I looked through my default gate way I couldn't find a ISP

After investigation, I see no reason to believe your case. There's no way you could have been randomly connected to this IP, and many other players have appealed a ban on this IP just saying they were using a VPN. Upon investigation, you also seem to be connected to another Swiss IP, which even furthers suspicion.
