Declined i got banned because i was confussed for someone else

I was banned for no reason I was playing the game as normal when all of a sudden I was banned for no reason my first appeal was denied because the person that I was a different person who was banned for hacking.

you’re changing your story so you’re obviously lying. You gave the original ban link which had the same name as your forum profile name, and there’s no way you could have known about that ban unless you had relation to that account or a staff member told you. You originally said the reasoning was for hacking which that account had been banned for hacking now you’re claiming you were banned for no reason. You can’t deny that’s your account.
