That is not a valid reason to report someone, we do not disallow impersonating YouTubers. What is disallowed however is filing false reports. Please review our >Server Rules<, further instances of reporting users for invalid reasons won't be tolerated, along with other forms of misconduct with call (just so you are aware these are all disallowed: reporting the wrong user, reporting for the wrong reason, reporting users who aren't hacking for hacking [not accurately determining cheats]).
