Firstly, Feel free to ping staff while reporting, it allows us to see your report.

Please do not speak in report to staff unless you are adding to a report or are reporting yourself.

You should always include steam id or steam link, a consensus of what your report is about, and the server ip.

Secondary helpful things is proof, Such as a screenshot of a slur or a recording of a mfk.

If what you are reporting is an issue on discord Provide message link or Channel link and a consensus of what is happening.

Again secondary you may provide proof as it makes our job easier, whether it is still there, you took a screenshot or record footage.

(When not to ping staff)-Nsfw Spray/Sign-Tf2 Classic Report-Instead ping Sprays and Tf2 Classic respectively.

Nsfw Reports-Do not ping staff, instead ping sprays and give id, ip and DO NOT provide an image.

Tf2 Classic Reports-Do not ping staff, Ping TF2 Classic instead.

Vips

Vips can voteban-votemute-votegag-votekick 15 minutes after their initial report. Do not wait any less unless it is complete urgent and no staff are on their way.

Examples of Vip Abuse is using any of their perks for an unfair advantage-Spamming Lasers. Doing so will result in a ban and a possible removal of you vip perks and status.



Note-Please do not say staff are going to arrive soon, it defeats the purpose of some of us since we want to stay hidden and watch the server to punish rule breakers. Doing so will allow them to leave or to act good.

Note-Report to staff isn't the place to ask questions, instead use #helpdesk and ping the helpdesk role. Not staff. We then will proceed to answer your questions.
