Don't know really what happened / Crouch speed walking

I watched some videos on what this is, and I didn't even know it was happening. It may have been a server error? Where the server said I was crouching even though I was running so it looked like that? I don't know, if I don't get appealed then life goes on, but I do like playing on this server and I've made a good impression on a lot of the server usuals.
