It saddens me that newer players are drawn away from medic. As medics dont get "shick frags" in pubs. Playing medic competitively is extremely rewarding and hard work. Not to mention that a medic is usually the most important class in any pub.
What would you gamers do to incentivise medic play in pubs / competitive.

Medic is most important but like spy is one of the only class that can do multi tasking solo , and requres skill.

Multi tasking? So he does two things at once? The stab and sap is like the only thing he can multi task.
