Invalid Mute and Gag for saying someones steam name

Comms bans dont have a link, but i have a gag and mute.

Toxicity and Arguing w/ admin (both are false though)

So, there was a blue armoury camping, and his name was "The [Retard]" and i said in chat "Stop armory camping retard" , and I have a screenshot if you need one, so, im still on blue, and i spawn in, over mic, i say, "Oh boy i love being gagged for saying someones name, thanks admin!"
I then come to find out by using !comms, IM MUTED, and now, im Muted for "Arguing with admin" although he never responded so idk how i argued, and I wasn't being toxic, i literally just was telling The [Retard] to not armory camp, then for some reason im muted. I even told the admin over mic that i wasnt being toxic and i was just saying his name, but he said i was being malicious. Guess he doesnt like to be wrong.
