Accepted Perma-banned on TF2

My steam ID is STEAM_0:1:197141900.
I am banned for advertising anther server. I did not know this was bannable offence and I have been banned for around a year (i think).
I have learned my lesson and I wont do it again. If/When I get unbanned I will read the rules and remember them.

Now to get this out of the way you were banned 4 months ago for advertising a non partnered server/ foreign IP. I will provide the chat logs as to where you have said them.

Now considering that it is your first offense and its been 4 months since, I am willing to let it slide. But, can I trust you to keep your promise as to not advertise on the servers anymore?

You can trust me. I never like breaking rules. I just didnt know it was a rule
