2.) What happened?
I insulted a discord user with slurs and told them to kill their selves.
3.) Why should we unban/unisolate you?
Because I've just said sorry to the user that I insulted and apologized for my actions already to the user. and I was at bad mood at that time but It was my fault anyways for insulting him.
I'm very sorry for my actions or what I've done to this user.

I understand the situation that happened, although it happened over dms and it was a personal feud between the two of you so a third party shouldn't have reported it. I've talked to Karma's Pet and they said they were fine with it, since you also apologize, it should be fine.

Though please be aware of the word you use and control your emotions.
