I played on this server before that ban only few times and i have never used any duplicate account. That was over 2 years ago and then i just forgot about this server but now i think i would like to play there too.

No, that's my only account with thousands of played hours in tf2 and over 10 years of it.

After looking into it a bit more I have found multiple other accounts that have been connected to your IP and all of them were banned mostly due to avoiding punishment except this one in particular.
