If you have an Nvidia GPU (Even if it is bad), you can use Nvidia Shadowplay. I use that for all of my recordings I do for Jailbreak, which it doesn't affect performance for me. I really like it and it works, so you should give it a shot! :)

do windowskey + g and it should bring up a thing () and you can record some cool shit and it can backround record which it doesnt lower my frames but it can background record and get 30 seconds from the past.
you can record with any software to be honest. all you need is to be able to post/use it. the ones i use is the XBOX clips (win+g) Shadowplay (i use this the most) and OBS which i dont use anymore
the true matter is making it easier to veiw (smaller files and mp4 are the best for me)
