Nerf the Sniper? No.
Valve made it perfect tbh. In order to play Sniper, you need a VERY HIGH skill level to efficiently play them, or else you will just keep missing shots and keep being killed.
Even if the high skill level players, they only have 125 HP. The Sniper can be killed really easily (Flanking them, rushing the Sniper with multiple other teammates, a combo with a medic, etc.).
