No worries I wasn't being serious and what is that about mic spamming and where did you hear about that. I mean, some people might find me a bit rude but never tought that it would be classified as spam.

To become an admin, you must become a moderator first.
To become a moderator,you must become an admin first, then get demoted to moderator.
Or you can just apply for it...
