You made this appeal 2 weeks after your last, I think you should wait at least a month, and maybe in your case longer. Your original ban was really serious, based off a low temper,. In your last appeal your behaviour still showed in that one. We reasonably can't trust you right now, you should take some time (at least a month) till you appeal again. Also next time follow the template.
