2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:
Server: 2fort /42 fast respawn
Invoked on: November 26th, 2023 (4:00)
Saturday evening to Sunday morning I was playing on the server and joked around with a player Luigi (https://steamcommunity.com/id/ohyesitsluigi/). There was a talk some people put him on their "kill list" so I boldly made a clear JOKE that I am adding him to my "rape list". The player in question took no offense(proof provided in form of steam private chat below).
3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
I fully understand how my action could be interpreted as unsavory and unacceptable in terms of set rules for the respective server, and I fully take the responsibility for my actions. If the joke I made still warrants the permanent gag/mute after provided evidence so be it. BUT, in that case I demand equal rules for everyone else playing on it. There are dozens of literal porn sprays being used constantly every day, players are moaning in the voice chat, chat is being spammed with sexual jokes that are clearly on the same level as my joke while children are playing and the amount of insults that are just flying by are staggering. I will not name all names because I have some respect for myself and I believe everyone should have some liability for a mishap, but the same evening, around 2 hours prior to my ban player lurid (https://steamcommunity.com/id/assassin2318) flung at least 10 insults my way like "kys" repeatedly and I fail to see him on the ban list. Followed by unprovoked "fuck you" messages from player Lma0(https://steamcommunity.com/id/lma0tf). In my humble opinion every ban should be looked on with context since I presume all servers have logs and some insults are just friendly banter. I hope active regulars with high stat positions are not getting special treatment of any kind and are being punished accordingly to their actions. I would apologize to the person that did the mass report that morning but I have nothing to apologize for since I did no such thing as insult anyone in chat or voice chat. Players getting angry over domination or a play style should just grow up. Believing I made the right decision to trust the integrity of moderation on Wonderland servers I apologize once again for my respective actions no matter the outcome of the appeal.
