Neutral; Mainly because PayPal already allows the use of credit/debit cards to be used as the method. Adding a method to directly donate that way would just consume time for something that is already a thing.

although this does work some banks/cards don't support paypal (ex. bank of America, pnc, bb&t) which can be inconvenient for others
