Resolved /vipmenu not working

I hopped on after like 2 weeks and /vipmenu wont work. It just says insufficient permissions to execute.

I had a vip ban from awhile ago. I was playing 2 weeks ago and it worked. I also there's nothing on bans.wonderland.tf about it either.
