i made a long reply before i noticed you deleted your post of the bad/good weapon's and how they should be nerfed/buffed, so im gonna copy and paste so my typing doesn't go to waste :)

phlog: deal mini-crit damage and have quick-fix overheal during taunt black box: no random crits all flamethrowers: less afterburn damage bfb: lose boost after 90 damage (from 15 or something) blade+basher: less bleeding damage when you hit yourself steak: increased mini-crit time, less damage dealt to you while active, but deal less damage while active (74, from 88) chocolate: 375 maximum health (from 350) but slow for 4 seconds axetinguisher: -50% damage penalty (from -33%) Health on kill: 50 per kill equilizer: less damage dealt to you while active, but every time you bring it out you must take 40 damage to switch unless you kill someone kunai: 85 health (from 70) -10% melee speed while active red tape recorder: 1 wrench hit to destroy but degrades faster machina: +20% damage on full shot (from +15%) charges -15% slower heater (minigun): larger fire ring, consumes less ammo, -20% damage penalty (from -10%) gunslinger: mini-crits on second punch, mini-sentry now has 125 health (from 100) +10% damage from explosives (for mini-sentry) amputater: +5 hp healed per second (from +3) heals nearby teammates quicker, deals -30% damage (from -20%) +10% resistance to bullets while taunting Loose Cannon: deals 75 damage on non donks (from 50) fuses quicker Tide: 30% resistances to both fire and explosive damage, can't remove bleeding by charging Beggars: load 4 rockets! misfiring will deal more damage to you, can get ammo from dispensers while active, -30% explosive radius (from -20%) razorback: -40% damage dealt by spys (only spies) shahanshah: +50 health on kill (plus overheal) thermal thruster: wearer cannot pick up the intel, or the pass time jack skullcutter: no random crits
