So while I was playing on this server this mod Cassandra asked me to be quiet which I kindly obliged also not to mention that was the only warning she gave to me, then I called people ret@rds which is fine and the staff never had a problem with me saying that, then after a little bit I asked "which admin asked me to quiet down" then she replied "define admin" which I did not know if she was an admin or mod so i mocked her only saying "the admin that just texted idiot" not that bad of an insult and I did not escalate it any farther besides saying that but then she decides to go ahead without any warning or muting before hand she just straight up perma bans me after just saying ret@rd and mocking her I can understand a mute or an hour ban not a perma honestly I find this as abuse and unprofessional on her part. Thank you for taking your time in reading this it helps me out a lot.

The reason I had perm'd you was for couple. Firstly this isn't your first, you have had another perm ban in the past for quite a similar reason. It is true I had you asked to calm down, but I had done it in csay, you shouldn't assume I'm not staff at the point and neither did you do that. You proceeded to join someone who was talking about cock, and was getting mad at some kid on the server. Then you proceeded to call people retards, not once but proceeded multiple times after I had told you to calm down. You ask if there's any admins on, I proceed to say in csay define admin, Yes that was bad on my part, but you don't proceed to ignore the fact it was csay and say on mic "The one that just texted me bitchboy". This was what you have done and in my opinion this was certainly a perm ban worthy offence. I gave you two warnings as well, one as I just joined and you were being rowdy and one after you called a majority of the server "retarded".

My other previous ban was actually towards something not ever have i ever had a staff had a problem with me saying retards at all until you came on and then you act like anyone was taking it as an offense and also there is nothing saying someone cant talk about cock also i literally just said yeah i like it as a joke and secondly if it offended you why did you not just mute me instead of banning me which you know you could have done but you skipped right over it. and the other thing is that i could have said so much worse stuff to everyone but no i only said retard and idiot and then plus you are getting mad at me for taking someone saying cock/penis as a joke but yet you get offended by that even thought it was just a joke.

we don't allow pornographic talk on mic or chat, so we don't allow it to an extent. I don't know the context of it, if it would be considered crossing the line but at this point I think it's irrelevant. Calling someone a retard is disrespectful we don't allow it like we don't allow someone being racist even if no one takes offense from it. You then disrespected a staff member which you have a previous permanent ban for. You were given one last chance, you clearly broke our rules so no you don't deserve something small you deserve a perm ban. By the way in the future it would in fact help your case to not have your friends come on your appeal and post pointless stuff. You may not appeal this ban.
