Accepted Ban for no reason???

I went to join a jump map tonight and it told me I was banned and apparently the reason was "[SourceSleuth] Duplicate Account"
I don't even have another Steam account!

3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
It was a false accusation and I'm so unaware of why this has happened??

Note: I use a VPN. Could this be a reason as to why I received this ban??

This could be due to the VPN you're using, so I advise you not connect with a VPN or else this might happen again, and each time it will look more suspicious.
