Accepted Ban without reason

I don't know how this work, but,it seems don't be any reason for my ban, only permanent, please someone explain me what i have done for that!

i have a problem, 1 it was a joke with my friends, we are not salty's, only was a 2 games for fun with the name when a lot of them was in the games to survive the kicks and i don't know how to exit groups

edit: nothing i found it how to exit , if that's the problem, why ban everyone of that group?

Cause most of those members in that group are known for cheating on our servers and it also encourages cheating, which is something we don't tolerate on our servers.

Anyways, since you've left the group, I'll unban you. However if you're caught associating with such groups again, then we won't be as forgiving.
