i don't know what happened nor can I remember it, but from what I can see on the ban list is it because of a Duplicate Account. I don't get the duplicate Account thing. I only got one account.

3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
to get back in and play with a friend.

I've investigated your ban even further and saw that there has been another player who also appealed here and their ban was on the exact same IP. Therefore I've concluded that it's a VPN/RPN. For your safety, I recommend you not to use VPN or public networks to join our servers, in order to avoid such incidents happening again in the future.
