Reason: cl_interp abuse; previously warned that next time is permanent

This is a true statement that you guys ( wonderland staffs) said to me and i understand it.
but this, "cl_interp abuse"
is not true at all, lately my network is having some problems. I did not touch my interp since i got the last interp ban. My interp is always 0 since that ban.
I don't know why Raspootis even banned me, you all can ask the servers if i was laggy or not and yet my ping keeps getting high in these last few weeks.
I can tell you guys my gameplay was laggy and people kept freezing after a few seconds, and I DON'T KNOW why i got banned for interp? that i didn't even do!
