Accepted banned for "duplicate account"

a year ago i went to my cousin's house with my laptop i had at the time. And when opened up tf2 and tried to join a wonderland server it said i got banned. so i go check my ban on the ban list and it said i got banned for "duplicate account"

3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
Because i have no idea why it thought i had a duplicate account and i want to play on the servers again

(also sorry for not responding on my first 2 appeals on this its because i forgot on the first one and some things came up when i made the second appeal)

Bird is my only alt account and no sorry i don't remember my cousin's account
