Accepted Banned for what exactly?

Hello! I am banned from the servers. I checked the ban list and there is a ban that says "no nickname present". In this ban it says "blocked: n1ght, qek, qek"
n1ght is my girlfriend and i think we are connected from the same IP address. The reason for the ban is "avoiding punishment". This has not happened.
Could somebody please help me and explain what is going on?

I decided to add that i've been banned for avoiding punishment in the past. I have appealed for this and the ban was removed. I haven't gotten banned for anything ever since.

This was caused by a misplaced IP ban.
You should be fine now.
