What happened: So I got LR and chose it, which for my DR, I said for all BLUS to AFK and AFM. However, the player reported above decided to move away from me, which at that point, I didn't have to say a DR, as if a RED is trying to kill a BLU when they are the last one with LR, they are supposed to stop. Thus, they DR denied.
