I got banned for a duplicated account and I don't have any alt accounts, especially for TF2.

Hi, do you use any sort of VPN or have a certain IP configuration?

I was investigating your ban, and you were at the time of your ban, you were connected to an IP which has a banned account on it for cheating.

I occasionally use a VPN, which may have gotten me banned.
I have never seen that person in-game nor know who he is.

Hi, I investigated your ban further a bit and after reading what you've advised above, I have no reason to believe you actually cheated. Your VPN was definitely responsible for the ban - it had connected you to an IP which already had a banned account on it.

I'll be unbanning you shortly, if you have any further issues connecting to our servers once I have unbanned you, feel free to contact me through forum PMs.
