2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:
i was chilling in a surf server with some few people and then all of a sudden lagged out, tried to rejoin but i was apparently banned for 'duplicate accounts'


3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
this is my one and only steam account, i don't have or use another. any proof i should provide? if there's any other reason behind my ban, i'd like to know it as my ban reason only says duplicate account

no and no, I haven't played tf2 for a year, that includes WL servers and only recently started playing again, someone else who had the same IP as me probably played atleast once in a server in that year's span
