For one, it still has not been 4 weeks since your last appeal. You were told you would have to wait 4 weeks, and yet you still appeal again.
Additionally, even if it had been 4 weeks, I would not be inclined to believe you and unban you. This is because you have so many accounts connected to your IP address, yet you claim you do not use a VPN or a Proxy service.
Additionally, you have a Swiss IP connected to your account, which is especially suspicious considering you also have a US IP address connected at the same time. To me this shows that you have either lied about using a VPN/Proxy, or that you have been doing less than legitimate things with your accounts.
