Declined i got banned for no reason

I got Banned on wonderland for absolutely no reason at. all i was in trade SG being afk doing the dishes then when i came back i saw that my account got banned for no reason at all it also said Duplicate Account but i know i don't make alt accounts because i know its against the rules. but please appeal the ban idk what i'm gonna do without wonderland
