Declined I was banned for report a player and why?

A player in the server spoils the atmosphere there especially when the server is friendly and everyone has fun, he kills he he encounters and he talks to no one and he just causes nuisance there with his demoman class it just spoils your fun there and I am not the only one who is bothered by him multiple players hate him and that is why I made a mention of it and that I will subsequently be banned I find it really very wrong. such players just have to join casual or other matchmaking servers and not ruin the server, that was what bothered me

You must have a legitimate reason whenever you choose to use /call. A player killing friendlies is not a legitimate reason, so next time you use /call please refer to our rules.
