I don't really know the format, but i'm here to appeal for an IP ban.

I just recently got un perm banned and after waiting a day I was still banned and realized I was IP banned, so i'm hoping I can get un Ip banned or someone can tell me how I can get un IP banned.

However if you get punished and you attempt to avoid it via a alt you will be banned with no chance for appeal;
