Declined JB Death Request Invulnerability

On jail break server, after last red chose their lr, the red will automatically gain freeday invulnerability that does not wear out with the exception of:

1. Round end
2. 2 minutes after lr has been chosen
3. The red typing in a certain command to remove the effect
4. Lr being removed

Maybe. We're still debating whether or not to even keep DR. I would suggest 30 seconds max for this so as to not delay a round or something, if even accepted.

LR can't be removed after it is chosen. !removelr only closes the LR menu for the RED. At that point it would need to be denied.

Anyway, besides clearing that up, I +1 this.
